REQUIREMENT FOR ENROLLMENT

A complete enrollment package including shot records, a statement from a doctor (4 and 5-year-olds require hearing and vision screening results), enrollment fee, supply fee and first week's tuition in advance. It is your responsibility to keep phone numbers, addresses and an authorized pick-up list in your child’s file.
